Terms of service

These terms apply to films and retainers commissioned through apexmotionstudio.eu. Questions: [email protected].

1. Service provider

2. Services

Apex Motion Studio makes custom launch and product films for SaaS, apps, and e-commerce brands:

• Launch: a 15-second film, delivered in 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16, with captions, in 48-72 hours from a complete brief, with two revision rounds. Price: $490 USD.
• Hero: a 45-second film, same formats and captions, 48-72 hours, two revision rounds. Price: $1,490 USD.
• Monthly retainer: three films per month, billed monthly. Price: $2,900 USD per month.

The free sample is a short cut made from your product so you can decide. It creates no obligation for either party.

3. Prices, billing and tax

Prices are shown in USD. The invoice is issued by Tokár Ádám e.v., Hungary. Business customers can provide a company name and tax ID before payment. The monthly retainer is billed monthly in advance and renews until cancelled. One-off films are paid once.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are counted in working hours from the moment we have the brief and assets we need. Files are delivered digitally.

5. Usage rights

• After full payment you may use the delivered final video worldwide and without time limit, including ads, websites, social media and app stores. You may also edit or crop it.
• Source and project files are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may show the finished video in the studio portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
• The free sample may not be used publicly unless you buy a paid film or retainer.

6. Cancellation

The retainer can be cancelled any time by email to [email protected]. It stays active until the end of the paid month and is not refunded pro rata. After cancellation, project material is deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept as described in the privacy policy.

7. Consumers

The services are intended for businesses. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days of the order without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work within that period, you pay for the part already delivered. Complaints: [email protected], answered within 30 days.

8. Liability

We are not liable for outages of third-party infrastructure (for example hosting or a configured webhook). Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the relevant billing period. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.

9. Data protection

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The parties first try to settle any dispute by negotiation.
